All of our Cozzia chairs can safely hold up to 300 LBS.

Cozzia models are designed to fit anyone approximately 5’2″ to 6’3″ in height. However, select premium models are designed with an extended length footrest and will accommodate users up to 6’5″. Additionally, the footrest length is adjustable on several of our advanced models.

It depends on how intense the massage is:

• The more intense and deep tissue the massage, the less time it should be used
• An intense deep tissue massage should generally not exceed 30 minutes
• With a more relaxing program, length really doesn’t matter – based on comfort and how you feel the next day
• It does not make sense to try and resolve chronic issues all in one day and experience muscle fatigue and soreness
• With regular 30 minutes use, you are able to have a massage daily and work on your particular issues without side effects

To clean your chair, you should:

• Simply dust/vacuum over the surface
• Wipe using a cloth moistened in a warm mild soap solution
• Then wipe with plain water
• Do not use harsh cleaners, polishes, or waxes

Little to no maintenance!

• There is extra fabric around the rollers to help the fabric last longer
• Occasionally this fabric can bunch up on the roller and can stick
• If this occurs, simply lift up the back padding and pull the fabric from around the rollers
• It is recommended that the chairs should be plugged into a power bar and should be unplugged from power when not in use

The chairs use a high quality and durable polyurethane fabric specially designed for massage use. Since leather will crack and stretch from the roller motion, it is not always an ideal fabric.
